• Rate: Single/Double: $157/per night.*
• *Guestrooms rates are subject to a hotel occupancy tax, 9.5% per room night occupied.
• Hotel Cut Off Date:  The last day to book your sleeping room is Wednesday, October 17, 2018.
• After the cut-off date, rooms might be available at the prevailing rate based on availability.
• (The FHWA EDC-5 block of rooms are available on a first come basis and must be secured by the cut-off date to receive the FHWA EDC-5 Rate).

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: 

• A block of sleeping rooms have been reserved for meeting participants at the Hilton Baltimore. The sleeping room rate is $157 for single/double occupancy. Guestroom rates are subject to a 9.5% occupancy tax. Reservations must be booked by Wednesday, October 17, 2018. 
• After October 17, reservations can be made on a space-and rate-available basis only.  Hotel check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. 
• To make reservations, individuals may click on the reservation link above, or call the Hilton Baltimore at 1-800-445-8667.  Please make sure to inform the reservationist that you are booking with the FHWA EDC-5 group attending the 2018 FHWA EDC-5 Baltimore Summit to receive the group rate.

INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION POLICY: 

• Please be aware that obtaining and canceling a hotel reservation is the responsibility of the meeting registrant. Individuals will be responsible for payment of their own cancellation fees. 
• Sleeping rooms must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the individual’s check-in to avoid cancellation fees. Hotel no-shows will be charged one-night room and tax.

• Hilton Baltimore hotel holds a prime place in the Inner Harbor, a popular historic, cultural and business district. The downtown hotel is next door to Camden Yards and across the street from M&T Stadium. 
• It is also connected to the Baltimore Convention Center. Restaurants, indoor/outdoor event spaces, fitness options – the hotel has something for everyone. In addition, guest room Internet service will be complementary to FHWA meeting participants.

Baltimore/Washington International (BWI)

• Take I-195 West to I-95 North. Take exit 53 (I-395 North). Follow for one half mile and turn right on Pratt Street. The hotel will be on the right.

Washington National Airport (DCA)

Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)

• VA-267E to Washington DC-Exit 18-I-495N to Baltimore. I-495N to Exit 27, I-95N to Baltimore. I-95N to Exit 53, I-395N downtown. 4 lights to Lombard St.; make left. Go 3 blocks make left onto S. Green St. One block turn left onto Pratt St.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

• From I-83 South: Follow I-83 to Lombard Street. Right on Lombard Street. Left on Green Street, left on Pratt Street. Hotel is 2 blocks on the right. 
• From I-95 North: Take Exit 53 (I-395 North), stay in left lane. Turn left on Camden, right on Paca, right on Pratt Street. Hotel on the right. Please note that during Camden Yards events Camden Street may be closed. From exit 53 follow to Russell Street, turn right on Pratt. Hotel is on the right. 
• From I-95 South through Ft. McHenry Tunnel: Take Ft. McHenry Tunnel to Exit 53 (395 North), stay in left lane. Turn left on Camden, right on Paca, right on Pratt Street. Hotel on the right. Please note that during Camden Yards events Camden Street may be closed. From exit 53 follow to Russell Street, turn right on Pratt. Hotel is on the right. 
• From I-40 East: Follow I-95 South. Go through Ft. McHenry tunnel. Take exit 53 (395 North).
