• Rate: Single/Double: $149/per night.*
• *Guestrooms rates are subject to a hotel occupancy tax, 12.5% per room night occupied.
• Hotel Cut Off Date:  The last day to book your sleeping room is Tuesday, November 6, 2018.
• After the cut-off date, rooms might be available at the prevailing rate based on availability.
• (The FHWA EDC-5 block of rooms are available on a first come basis and must be secured by the cut-off date to receive the FHWA EDC-5 Rate). 

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: 

• A block of sleeping rooms have been reserved for meeting participants at the Florida Hotel Orlando. The sleeping room rate is $149 for single/double occupancy. 
• The room rate excludes the $18.00 service charges and applicable taxes.  It may show on the reservation site but you will NOT be charged the $18.00 service charges and applicable taxes.
• Guestroom rates are subject to a 12.5% occupancy tax. Reservations must be booked by Monday, October 15, 2018.
• After October 15, reservations can be made on a space-and rate-available basis only.  Hotel check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.
• To make reservations, individuals may click on the reservation link above, or call The Florida Hotel and Conference Center at (407) 859.1500 .  Please make sure to inform the reservationist that you are booking with the FHWA EDC-5 group attending the 2018 FHWA EDC-5 South Summit to receive the group rate.

INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION POLICY: 

• Please be aware that obtaining and canceling a hotel reservation is the responsibility of the meeting registrant. Individuals will be responsible for payment of their own cancellation fees.
• Sleeping rooms must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the individual’s check-in to avoid cancellation fees. Hotel no-shows will be charged one-night room and tax. Early check-in prior to 12:00 pm will incur a $50.00 fee. Early check-in is based on availability. There will be a $75.00 early departure fee for guests checking-out early.
